Mduduzi Ngwenya works for an organisation called All Out Africa.He worked under the conservation and research for the past 15 years.Much of this work is mainly focused on collecting data and monitoring of of certain species of animals and plants.He did most of his work or projects in the Lubombo region which is located in the lowveld of Eswatini and also up in the highveld in Malolotja nature reserve.

1.Marobou stock monitoring in Hlane royal national park
2.Vulture ringing and tagging along the Siphiso river in Mlawula nature reserve
3.Tortoise tracking in Mbuluzi game reserve and Mlawula nature reserve
4.Bat trapping and radio tracking in Mlawula nature reserve
5.Blue swallow monitoring in Malolotja nature reserve
6.Black mamba radio tracking in Nisela safaris
7.Vegetation survey in Hlane,Mbuluzi and Mlawula.
AND many more.
He has also worked and helped a lot of master and PHD students who are locally based and international students.
