This is a project to collect data to help the national coordinator evaluate the red list status of our southern African species. To use it, when adding or editing an observation, add this project (https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/redlist-s-afr). When you do, you will be prompted to fill in two fields: Population Size & Extent: an estimation or count of the number seen and over what area. Population Threats: those threats seen or inferred from this population (not general ones for the species). Please fill these in as accurately as you remember, and please remember to explicitly record these if you encounter this species again. This is a project to collect data to help the national coordinator evaluate the red list status of our southern African species.
