Adding and editing the Map tab

Adding and editing the Map tab

Introduction

The Map tab can be added to any page to show where the conservation area, organisation or project is located, together with the location of any neighbouring pages. There are three different ways you can show this spatial data:

  • Point location. This can be used to show the location of an organisation or, if you do not have any boundary data, the central point of a conservation area.
  • Frame. This defines the extent of the map when first shown on the Map tab. It does not define a location but instead can be used to show where a conservation organisation or project is working.
  • Boundary. This can be used to show the boundary of a conservation area.
